Phase One

Phase One of the Digital Transformation Framework, the UN Digital Readiness Assessment (UNDRA), was led by the United Nations Development Fund (UNDP). This phase focused on evidenced based research, data analysis and participatory, multistakeholder engagement. The initiatives executed from June to November 2023 were:

  1. A desk review,
  2. A digital transformation workshop with a stakeholder survey,
  3. A public outreach campaign,
  4. A public survey,
  5. A draft report and final report.
