WHO WE ARE

The Digital Transformation Framework initiative is led by the Government of Antigua and Barbuda and supported with technical expertise and resources from the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO), the United Nations Children Fund (UNICEF), the International Telecommunication Union (ITU), the Pan American Health Organization (PAHO), UN Women and the Resident Coordinator’s Office (RCO).
