The most recent report received by the Ministry of Health, Wellness and the Environment revealed one hundred and sixteen (116) new laboratory confirmed COVID-19 cases in Antigua and Barbuda as of Monday, 17th January, 2022 at 6pm.

Two hundred and twenty-four (224) samples were processed.

Five hundred and forty-four (544) recovered cases were recorded.

Consequently, the total number of persons with laboratory confirmed COVID-19 cases in Antigua and Barbuda is five thousand nine hundred and thirty-one (5,931); which is inclusive of seven hundred and sixty-four (764) active cases. There are seventeen (17) hospitalized cases; two (2) severe and fifteen (15) mild.
