The most recent report received by the Ministry of Health, Wellness and the Environment revealed twenty-four (24) new laboratory confirmed COVID-19 cases in Antigua and Barbuda as of Sunday, 26th December, 2021 at 6pm.

One hundred and one (101) samples were processed.

Three (3) recovered case were recorded.

One (1) COVID-19 related death was recorded increasing the total to one hundred and nineteen (119).

Consequently, the total number of persons with laboratory confirmed COVID-19 cases in Antigua and Barbuda is four thousand two hundred and eighty-three (4,283); which is inclusive of one hundred and one (101) active cases. There are two hospitalized cases; one (1) moderate and one (1) mild.

Meanwhile, Antigua and Barbuda has fully vaccinated fifty eight thousand eight hundred and sixty-three (58,863) individuals while three thousand four hundred and twenty (3,420) have only received their first dose.
