The most recent report received by the Ministry of Health, Wellness and the Environment revealed one (1) new laboratory confirmed COVID-19 case in Antigua and Barbuda as of Saturday, 20th November, 2021 at 6pm.

Eighty-four (84) samples were processed.

Eighteen (18) recovered cases were recorded increasing the total to three thousand nine hundred and ninety-four (3,992).

Nine (9) Covid-19 related deaths were recorded increasing the total to one hundred and seventeen (117). The Ministry will issue a more detailed report on eight (8) of these deaths since it occurred in the community.

Consequently, the total number of persons with laboratory confirmed COVID-19 cases in Antigua and Barbuda is four thousand one hundred and thirty-six (4,136); which is inclusive of twenty-seven (27) active cases. There are five (5) hospitalized cases; three (3) mild, one (1) moderate and one (1) severe.

Meanwhile, Antigua and Barbuda has fully vaccinated fifty five thousand four hundred and thirty (55,430) individuals while five thousand six hundred and sixty-seven (5,667) have only received their first dose.
