Dashboard Update for September 22, 2021

The Ministry of Health, Wellness and the Environment apologizes for the delayed publication of the dashboard. This was due to a number of unavoidable matters encountered by the Epidemiology Unit. An increase in the number of cases led to a larger than usual volume of samples being processed requiring a longer period of time to analyze. This has now been resolved and the Ministry remains committed to providing updated dashboards and shall engage all efforts to ensure that the public receives information in a timely manner.

The most recent reports received by the Ministry of Health, Wellness and the Environment from the Sir Lester Bird Medical Centre and the Caribbean Public Health Agency (CARPHA) revealed one hundred and thirty-eight (138) new laboratory confirmed COVID-19 cases in Antigua and Barbuda as of Saturday, 18th September, 2021 at 6pm.
