The most recent report received by the Ministry of Health, Wellness and the Environment from the Sir Lester Bird Mount St. John Medical Centre has revealed one (1) new laboratory confirmed COVID-19 case in Antigua and Barbuda as of Wednesday, 21st July, 2021 at 6pm.

Ninety-four (94) samples were processed at Sir Lester Bird MSJMC.

Four (4) recovered cases were recorded increasing the total to one thousand two hundred and twenty-nine (1,229).

Consequently, the total number of persons with laboratory confirmed COVID-19 cases in Antigua and Barbuda is one thousand two hundred and seventy-eight (1,278), which is inclusive of six (6) active cases. There are three (3) mild hospitalized cases.

Meanwhile, thirty seven thousand four hundred and ninety-eight (37,498) first doses of the Covid-19 vaccines have been administered of which twenty nine thousand and twenty-four (29,024) received the second dose.

The dashboard has been updated to reflect these changes.
