The most recent report received by the Ministry of Health, Wellness and the Environment from the Mount St. Johns Medical Centre (MSJMC) has revealed one (1) new laboratory confirmed COVID-19 case in Antigua and Barbuda as of Wednesday, 12th May, 2021 at 6pm.

This is out of sixty-two (62) samples processed by MSJMC.

One (1) Covid-19 related death was recorded increasing the total to thirty-three (33)

Consequently, the total number of persons with laboratory confirmed COVID-19 cases in Antigua and Barbuda is one thousand two hundred and forty-one (1,241), which is inclusive of twenty-nine (29) active cases. Of these active cases four (4) are hospitalized with all being considered mild.

Meanwhile, thirty one thousand six hundred and forty-seven (31,647) first doses have been administered while one thousand five hundred and ninety-eight (1,598) second doses were administered.

The dashboard has been updated to reflect these changes.
