The most recent report received by the Ministry of Health, Wellness and the Environment from the Mount St. Johns Medical Centre (MSJMC) has revealed four (4) new laboratory confirmed COVID-19 cases in Antigua and Barbuda as of Wednesday, 14th April, 2021 at 6pm.

These new cases were as a result of one hundred and ninety-nine (199) samples processed by MSJMC.

Two (2) recovered cases have been recorded bringing the total to nine hundred and forty-nine (949).

Consequently, the total number of persons with laboratory confirmed COVID-19 cases in Antigua and Barbuda is one thousand two hundred and thirteen (1,213), which is inclusive of two hundred and thirty-three (233) active cases. Of these active cases, four (4) are hospitalized with two (2) being severe and two (2) mild.

Meanwhile, a total of eight hundred and twenty-two (822) Covid-19 vaccines were administered since the last publication of the dashboard. Four hundred and forty-three (443) were administered on Wednesday 14th and three hundred and seventy-nine (379) on Thursday, 15th April, 2021 increasing the total number of individuals vaccinated to twenty eight thousand four hundred and fourteen (28,414).

The dashboard has been updated to reflect these changes.
