The most recent reports received by the Ministry of Health, Wellness and the Environment from the Mount St. John’s Medical Centre (MSJMC) and the Caribbean Public Health Agency has revealed fifty-five (55) new laboratory confirmed COVID-19 cases in Antigua and Barbuda as of Tuesday, 9th March, 2021 at 6pm.

These new cases were as a result of one hundred and thirty-nine(139) samples processed by MSJMC and one hundred and fifty-one(151) by CARPHA.

Forty-one(41) recoveries have been recorded bringing the total to five hundred and thirty (530).

Two (2) Covid-19 related deaths have been recorded bringing the total to twenty-five(25).

Consequently, the total number of persons with laboratory confirmed COVID-19 cases in Antigua and Barbuda is nine hundred and thirty-seven(937), which is inclusive of three hundred and eighty-two(382) active cases.

Meanwhile, one thousand nine hundred and nine (1,909) Covid-19 vaccines were administered since the last publication bringing the total number of individuals vaccinated nineteen thousand eight hundred and eighty-two(19,882).

The dashboard has been updated to reflect these changes.
