Antigua and Barbuda Non Discrimination Policy
According to the Constitution of Antigua and Barbuda, 1981 Chapter 2 section 14 subsection 2, “Subject to the provisions of subsections (6), (7) and (8) of this section, no person shall be treated in a discriminatory manner by any person acting by virtue of any law or in the performance of the functions by any public office or any public authority.”
The Government of Antigua and Barbuda has a very strict policy to enforce constitutional rights, including the rights to freedom of religion, freedom of sexual orientation, freedom of political persuasion, and ensures that all are treated equally and fairly.
