Perpetrators in Antigua and Barbuda disrupting the peace will be brought to Justice

Minister of Public Safety, the Hon Steadroy 'Cutie' Benjamin, has sent a stern warning to criminals and other individuals who may be thinking of committing any crime to refrain from these activities.

Minister Benjamin cautioned that criminals will not be allowed to disrupt the peace in Antigua and Barbuda.

Benjamin totally condemns the killing of 38 yr-old Syrian national Mazem Daher, who was gunned down on Saturday night at his Fast Food Restaurant on Old Parham Road.

He stated, the business community can be rest assured that the Royal Police Force of Antigua and Barbuda will do everything in its power to have perpetrators brought to justice.

The Public Safety Minister said he has all confidence in the men and women of the Police Force and under no circumstances will criminal activities be tolerated.

Benjamin is commending investigators for their swift response, as they currently have in custody Corey Mills of Clare Hall and Ian Daniel of Skerritts Pasture assisting with the investigation.

Minister extends condolences to the family of Mazem Daher.
